Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she stopped the sport of gymnastics. After a year, she received her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness shows as a teenager. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up where she previously left off taking part in elite contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She had already won four other fitness titles. In 2009, she became the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel had a long break after earning her Pro card to get her college degree. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the end of the day, she finished 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and in the process, qualified for Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position in the Fitness Division despite being completely unprepared. Ariel competed with some of the world's elite athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. She usually warms up first before moving onto the work outs. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Her back exercise routine is comprised of 3 or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
