Annmarie has over 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach business goals, especially in periods of fast changes and expansion. She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into goals for the entire enterprise and strategic plans through the management of performance and organizational processes, employee engagement, and managing change. She believes that education is the primary aspect of the leadership process. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and mentored managers who have shown success and results. Her efforts helped cultivate cultures in organizations that promote learning innovation and positive change for individuals as well as teams. Annmarie's enthusiasm for promoting Learning Ally has inspired her to devote all of her energy and efforts to this charity. Additionally, she supports a variety of non-profit organizations during the time she has off. For instance, the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is just one.
